MXN PRODUCT REVIEW: ETNIES KONTRA KICKS!

When the UPS man rang the bell it caught us by surprise...but his surprises are usually good so we greeted him warmly and took possession of an unassuming package with familiar dimensions.

Some call it a shoe box. We call it awesome in a box when it says Etnies on the side!

Inside were a pair of the new Etnies Kontra and the insane color way made it just pop outta the box. FMX rider Levi Sherwood got his own signature colorway on the version we have and Sherwood reportedly matched the black, orange, white and purple of his riding gear to this model to make a statement.

Everyone who saw them basically said "Wow those are badass, where'd you get 'em?" And we love that.

After a few days of wearing the Kontra we shifted from looking at the shoes to just feelin’ them, and gotta say we really like these kicks! From the heavily padded tongue to the grippy treaded soles and plush padding, Etnies has again packed a shoe full of style and function.
