Impressing friends and sponsors is a big deal in motocross. Your image is important for getting sponsors and keeping your bike clean and sleek looking is an important part of how you represent yourself. Polisport Plastic sent MXN test rider Adam Mozzer some of their plastic to test and he fell in love with it! It kept the bike looking smooth and clean, and also held up much better then the OEM plastic.

To start, installation was a breeze. All the holes lined up well and the plastic fit snugly on the bike. However, we did have one small issue with the plastic being so thick that the metal clips for the rear fender gave us trouble to fit over the Polisport plastic, however a little elbow grease and encouragement from a screwdriver fit it on well.

Right off the bat the plastic looked GREAT on our YZ125. It was very apparent that it was glossier and much more resistant to scratching then the original plastic. It was also clear that it was thicker then the original plastic, so your much less likely to bend or break it in the event of a crash. (and he does crash - ed.)

Although it was a near perfect product, we still did find one minor flaw in these set we recieved. The number plates and front and rear fenders had a very nice glossy finish on them. However the shrouds were very dull.

We felt that it could have been a lot better had the plastic all had that glossy finish, making the bike have a glassy appearance overall.
