Post Ink
Anyone got any ink? Got my first tat for my birthday from my dad.
Its in memory of my Grandpa who was one of the most important people in my life.
His nickname was Dos Equis (Two Exes in spanish) and that's what everyone knew him by.

Its on my left wrist and I always wear a watch. And its for my benefit so I don't care if its covered up most the time. It was actually kind of enjoyable even though it hurt A LOT.
My dad got:
Dos Equis
XX on his calf in the same style.
And when my bro turns 18 he wants to get:
Dos
XX
Equis on his bicep

I got this at Club Tattoo in Tempe, AZ. I think there's one in Vegas and a few more in the valley. If you're close to them I'd highly recommend getting work done there. They are extremely professional and the shop is very clean. I went to Dirk at the Rural and University location in Tempe and he was a cool guy. They've got touch screens where you can check out artist's work before you pull the trigger. My dad's looks awesome and if it wasn't across the country I'd go back for my next one.

I already want another one.

So lets see your ink!

That's very cool.

Every tattoo should mean something, and you and your dad did Gramps proud.

I don't have any ink.

It doesn't take well on scar tissue. 8-)

Why am I now posting in both Ink threads?

Funny story about my next tat idea.
Anyways, my grandpa (mom's side) has been another huge influence on my life since I was a child, and he helped steer me towards the auto scene. Well he and my grandma were over for dinner on Friday night and after she saw this one, she said "Are you going to get a Triumph logo when grandpa dies?" He is a HUGE Triumph nut. He's got a 70s Bonneville and a 70s TR6 sports car right now. But he's had a slew of other old Triumph bikes. And I thought well that's a hell of an idea. Needless to say she wished she hadn't said that.
